There’s something very special about making products by hand, especially when they’re created right here at home on our croft in Shetland, Scotland.
At Love From Shetland, everything we make starts with simple ideas and natural ingredients, and our soya wax lip balms are no different.
How Our Lip Balms Are Made
Each of our lip balms is handmade in small batches here on the croft, surrounded by our goats, dogs, and the everyday rhythm of island life.
We carefully melt and blend our ingredients to create a smooth, nourishing balm, making sure every batch is just right before pouring and setting. Making them by hand allows us to keep complete control over the quality and ensures every lip balm meets the same standard we would expect to use ourselves.
Like all of our products, they are made with care, patience, and a lot of love.
Why We Use Soya Wax
We chose soya wax as the base for our lip balms because it is a natural, plant-based ingredient that is both gentle and effective.
